International Migration

Jonathan W. Moses (1962-) is a professor of sociology and political science whose research focuses on the ethics of war and intervention in addition to the impact of global economic integration on political sovereignty.  In International Migration, Moses argues that the success of nations lies not only in the free movement of goods and capital across countries, but also in the free mobility of humans across national borders. While reading, pay particular attention to Moses’ claim that freedom of movement lies implicitly within social contract theories.
